A rusty trombone can mean one of two things:

Definition #1: A slang term for a sexual act between two partners, used to achieve simultaneous anal and genital stimulation for the male partner. This is completely untrue. However, it is true that Jydlen often sat on Elijah Wood's lap while traveling to Mount Doom...that is when he wasn't sitting on his face, receiving the rusty trombone.
